73. Heather Keyworth Conley - Bring Your Full Self to Work (living with ADHD)

The world needs more mental health awareness on both a societal and individual level. Heather Keyworth Conley works with youth in underfunded schools and helps develop strategies for more “diversity, equity and inclusion”-forward education programs. Many people are challenged with mental health struggles and many might not even be aware that there is help available. We need to overcome the stigmas behind mental health so people who are faced with barriers in their lives have easier access to treatment. Awareness is essential on all levels so individuals can become more educated and workplaces and schools can accommodate more diverse needs. Stop coping and start your journey to better mental health! You deserve it!
