28. Nicole Bazaco - Getting Away From the Vicious Cycle of Self-judgment and Falling Into Curiousness

Thanks to dietary dogma, we’ve placed moralizing language on food and our behaviors associated with food. Eating too much cake is “bad”, doing a bunch of cardio to make up for the cake is “good”. What would happen if we replaced that moralizing language and judgment with curiosity and compassion? Nicole lives and practices in Texas and she is an LPC Associate, Supervised by Kelley Doss, LPC-S, CEDS. She completely changed her thought pattern of judgment and found peace on the other side. Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it will help you live a fuller life.
