16. Dr. Sandra Lewis - Overcoming Burnout

“Your body never lies. Your body will always speak the truth to you.” We talk a lot here about listening to our bodies, and today, we’re hearing about the good that can come from listening when your body says, “Enough.” Sandra Lewis is a colleague of mine, and she is incredible at what she does. She helps women overcome exhaustion and burnout. Thinking of all of your major stressors, how do they align with your purpose? What does this have to do with who you came to the world to be?
