95. Time To Start Telling A Story That Serves You

You are in control of your perspective, and you can use it as a motivational tool. Many of us struggle with negative beliefs that are self-sabotaging. This negativity beats us down and hinders us, but with real commitment, practice, and awareness you can get back in the driver's seat and steer those inner dialogues into helpful, positive, and motivating stories. Use forgiveness, acceptance, and personal mantras to keep yourself marching forward to your goals. Always remember that you have what it takes to achieve your goals and you deserve them, you just have to believe it!

✅ We have inner dialogues around our goals all the time: you can be in the exact same situation as someone else but feel completely different. 00:22
👉 The only person who can make a change is you - not medication, diet change, or exercise, but being proactive: it's all about perspective, and you have control to change it - get to the root story first and build up on that. 02:40
💙 One of the most pervasive and damaging stories we tell ourselves is that we are not enough: change internal dialog and tell yourself what's believable. 05:55
🤗 You are worthy of it and don't have to prove anything to anybody: appreciation should always be part of your feel-good story. 10:07
💟 You can forgive yourself and learn big beautiful lessons along the way. 12:05
🧘‍♀️ Mantras are the opposite of your negative stories, whatever feels good to you, and it's not too long: practice helps you create a new identity. 14:15
🥰 Don't let those thoughts slip in, and when they do, forgive yourself, allow it to happen, and move on. 16:47
